An integral part of The Croissant Tree Franchise programme is two weeks of training. During this period the Franchisee will be involved in the day-to-day workings of store operations. The franchisee will observe all aspects of operation and in essence learn how to run the store.

During the two week training period the Franchisee will learn the specifics regarding opening and closing the store, baking procedures, hiring procedures, quality control, public relations, inventory control, promotion and advertising, banking, store housekeeping and general good business procedures. However, we do strongly recommend that the Franchisee possess some prior knowledge of basic accounting.
